Terms of service​

This agreement outlines guidelines that surround use of these graphing services.

Axis, the creator of charts and overseer of "graphing.tools", requires no graph be made for bad reason or with bad intent. Such extends to actions as required under law.

Positive behavior is preferred and praised with access to the API. Negative behavior is punished with prevented access to the API.

Exceptions are not given and personal expectations for the service should match the experience provided and documented. To refuse the notion of these terms is to refuse access to the API.

Privacy policy​

Graph related resources are considered available to the public after initial creation. Related resources include the graph ID, provided graph data, created chart images, and interactive plot page.

Account resources are kept private and only available to the account. This includes personal information provided for access to this service. Nothing is shared with other parties unless essential to service operation. Things like sending emails or making payments.

Usage statistics are measured in aggregate to improve the graphing experience. No personal information is collected for this and statistics are not shared or sold.

Data retention​

Graph resources and account resources are retained on this service for as long as possible. At least as default.

Both graph resources and account resources can be deleted from request of the graping grapher whenever. All data associated with a resource is deleted on request except for unique random identifiers and timestamps.

Graph resources are not deleted during account deletion and should be deleted beforehand if that is desired.
